If Your Apartment Is Still Under Construction

Buyers who book early in a high-rise often still have a window before handover. If the builder allows customer-specified electrical changes, ask for three things: a neutral wire at every switch point, 8-module deep boxes in the living and master bedroom, and one network point per room.
