1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing liveinsmart.com or engaging LiveInSmart Technologies for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and our services.

2. Services

We provide home theatre design and installation, home automation, CCTV and biometric security, projectors, audio-video, EPABX and networking solutions across Hyderabad, Vijayawada and PAN India. All quotations, timelines, and brand availability are subject to written confirmation.

3. Quotations & Payments

• Quotations are valid for 15 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise.
• Orders are confirmed only on receipt of advance as per the agreed payment milestones.
• Prices exclude civil work, electrical points, and any third-party charges unless mentioned.
• Applicable GST will be charged extra.

4. Pricing Reference

Any prices, packages, budget ranges or indicative figures mentioned anywhere on this website — including landing pages, blog posts, product pages and FAQs — are provided strictly for reference and general guidance only. Actual prices may vary based on the latest manufacturer MRP, currency fluctuations, taxes, customisation, accessories, site conditions and the specific brand, model or configuration selected at the time of your enquiry. The final applicable price will be confirmed in a written quotation issued by LiveInSmart Technologies.

5. Demos & Experience Centre Visits

All product demonstrations at our Hyderabad (Ameerpet) and Vijayawada (Kanuru) experience centres — including projector demos, home theatre auditions, speaker comparisons, Dolby Atmos sessions and home automation walkthroughs — are subject to product and demo unit availability at the time of your visit. Specific brands, models or configurations advertised on the website may not always be available for live demonstration due to stock movement, rotation of demo units, ongoing installations or vendor-side changes. We recommend booking an appointment in advance so our team can confirm what will be available for your visit.

6. Warranty

All products carry the respective manufacturer's warranty. Installation workmanship is warranted for a period mutually agreed in the work order. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, power surges, water ingress, or unauthorised modifications.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Custom orders, imported brands, and acoustically engineered components are non-refundable once procurement begins. Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 14 working days after deduction of vendor and logistics charges.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, logos, and designs on this website are the property of LiveInSmart Technologies and may not be reproduced without written permission. Third-party brand logos shown remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Limitation of Liability

LiveInSmart Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific service or product invoiced.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
