Samsung uses in-house SMD packages and factory-calibrated cabinets; expect visibly more uniform colour, longer panel life and a global spares network. Chinese-branded walls are cheaper per square metre but harder to service in year 5+.
As a rule of thumb, minimum viewing distance in metres = pixel pitch in mm. So a P1.5 wall works from 1.5m onwards; a P2.5 needs 2.5m clear viewing distance to look sharp.
