Best Projector for Office & Boardroom in India
Boardroom and training-room projectors have to work in lit rooms, run for years without a lamp change, and integrate with Zoom / Teams. The 2026 shortlist for Indian offices is short — and all four are laser.
Mid-size boardroom / training room (12–30 seats)
Sony VPL-PHZ61 (6,400 lm, motorised zoom / lens-shift) or Epson EB-PU2216B (16,000 lm, laser). Serious brightness, quiet fan noise, and integrated Crestron / Extron control.
Auditorium / large training hall (30+ seats)
Epson EB-PU2220B (20,000 lm) or Sony VPL-GTZ380 — these are the projectors we deploy in engineering-college auditoriums and corporate town-hall halls.
What to look for
Laser engine (never lamp), WUXGA / WXGA / 4K resolution matched to screen size, motorised lens shift for retrofit mounting, HDBaseT input for a single-cable install, and network management for IT to monitor from the desk.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do we still need a projector or should we do an LED wall?+
For rooms under 30 seats, an interactive flat panel is usually simpler. For rooms above 30 seats or where image-size matters, laser projection is still the pragmatic answer — LED wall costs are 4–6× higher for the same image size.
What screen goes with a laser projector?+
For boardrooms we specify Elite ProAV or Grandview fixed-frame screens with a matte-white 1.0 gain surface. Motorised drop-down screens are for training rooms where the wall is used for other purposes.
Do you integrate with Teams Rooms / Zoom Rooms?+
Yes — every projector install can be integrated with a Teams Rooms bar (Logitech Rally, Poly Studio) so the projector shows the shared content while the bar handles the video call.
